The basics of Kalmon Productions, LLC and Ricky Kalmon privacy statement

1. Kalmon Productions, LLC and Ricky Kalmon does not share, sell or rent any personal information such as your name and email addresses to outside third parties.
2. We will not send you unsolicited e-mail. We will only send e-mails to those who request them through my opt-in process.
3. We honour all removal requests--you may unsubscribe at any time.

Who receives my emails
Only those who subscribe to my services receive my Subconscious Makeover Newsletter and email programs. Those who subscribe are sent a confirmation email. Kalmon Productions, LLC and Ricky Kalmon will only send requested promotional email and email-based program material to registered visitors and members who have opted-in to my e-mail lists. To ‘opt-in’ means you have entered your first name and email address and state or province and clicked on the ‘submit’ or ‘go’ button. You may opt-in to my services in these locations:

• If you refer this site to a friend, We never add your friend's email address to our list. They must visit my web site and opt-in on their own.

What we e-mail
To those who specifically request them, we send the Subconscious Makeover newsletter (every fourteen days in text or HTML format), a free sample email program, or free information with follow up emails. For maximum control and security, we maintain my e-mail list and distribution system on a dedicated server.

Unsubscribing & making changes
You may at any time choose to unsubscribe to the Subconscious Makeover newsletter. To unsubscribe, click on the bottom link of your newsletter or send an email to Ricky by clicking here . Your request will be processed immediately. You will be removed from my list and you will not receive future messages from me.

All email list messages contain the information necessary for removal from their appropriate list.

Why were you sent an email you do not want?
There are a few possibilities:

• You have forgotten that you signed up for a service.
• We are following up on a service you once requested.
• Someone signed you up without your permission.

Spam filtering
